Incredible 14 foot island with stunning granite. The home has a beautiful open feel with the living room, dining room, family room and kitchen all tied together with warm bamboo flooring. 4 fireplaces throughout including one outdoor living room. The bathrooms have beautiful marble countertops, custom maple cabinets, travertine flooring, and tile shower walls. Toto and Hans Grohe Fixtures. Software system throughout house and 3 built in flat screen TVs. Cable, Internet and Telephone service included.

Across the street is the Beverly Hills Tennis club and membership can be included for an additional charge. Enjoy Tennis, Swimming, exercise room or spa. The club also has a wonderful dining room with a famous Sunday Brunch.

Payment via Paypay for 3% additional fee or by electronic check (no additional fee) or you can overnight cashier's check. Sometimes if we have open dates we will discount to fill voids.
