The Ward Creek Retreat has been recently updated with new flooring, double pane windows, window coverings, new bedding, forced air furnace system and a woodstove insert. Television with cable both upstairs in the bedroom with (800) 870-8201 King and downstairs in the living room. This home is very cozy and is in such a great location, you'll never want to stay anywhere else!  
 
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath Chalet has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, disposal, microwave, and all the things you'll need to prepare the most delicious meals. There's also a washer and dryer in the downstairs pantry area. The spacious living will accommodate all in your group comfortably.  
 
Relax in the hot tub outside on the back deck and enjoy the view of Ward Creek. Or, take a stroll down to Ward Creek and enjoy a picnic and try your luck at fishing! There's some big Rainbow known to come out of this creek (during open fishing season only).  
 
This home offers level access during the winter months and parking for 5-6 cars. It's close to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Homewood Ski areas as well as many hiking, biking trails during the summer months.  
 
Beat the traffic!! Alpine Meadows shuttle bus runs on Holidays and weekends. This bus will stop in the driveway to pick you up and take you to the back side of Alpine Meadows ski area where you can get to the mountain in minutes and take their new high speed quad to the top of the mountain!  
 
Cleaning fee of $150.00 includes linens.
