50% of the rent is due at the time of reservation, balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Deposit of $500 held with credit card. $100 cancellation fee plus rent if cancellation is within 60 days of arrival and we are not able to re-rent the home. Nightly rates do not include cleaning fee of $150.00 and 10% tax. Weekly rate is $1689.00 INCLUDING tax, cleaning and linens. We accept visa or mastercard.
