The Pine House is a cozy Tahoe cottage with plenty of charm - and a red front door. After walking through the picket fence you enter the main level of the house which consists of the living room, dining area, kitchen, bath and one bedroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. The brick fireplace, knotty pine walls and fun "Tahoe" decor combine to make this little cottage a lovely vacation home-away-from-home. The private (gated)Tahoe Park homeowners beach,pier and park area is a few blocks away. The cottage is close to great restaurants (Sunnyside resort and restaurant and Firesign Cafe are a couple of blocks away). Located about 1 mile from Tahoe City. Golfing, hiking, swimming, skiing, snowboarding, kayaking - all of Tahoe winter and summer activites are close by.

				Low Season Price:	$150 per Day
				High Season Price:	$200 per Day

A 10% tax, departure cleaning fee and $300 refundable security/damage deposit are required in addition to nightly rate. Cancellations: A 45 + day notice of cancellation is required for any reservation. If reservation is cancelled at any time any and all moneys on account may be retained unless the unit is rebooked for the original amount of rent and nights. Accepted Payment Methods: Echeck, Visa, Master or Discover Card.
