Vacation Rental Description
Welcome to our site for a wonderful Tahoe vacation getaway. Full remodel completed spring of 2011. Located just one and a half miles from Tahoe City and one mile to our private gated beach (Tahoe Park Beach Association). We are just six miles from Alpine Meadows and nine miles from Squaw Valley ski areas. We have remodeled the entire kitchen, painted, built new decks, and added tung and groove pine to many rooms.
Our home is a beautifully decorated four bedroom, two bath modified A frame on a large sunny level lot with lots of grass for the kids to play. Just 200 yards from wilderness trails that back up to Page Meadows and Alpine Meadows.
Sleeps eight - king, queen, two doubles, two singles (eight person maximum occupancy), Sundance four person outdoor hot tub, washer and dryer, three TV’s (45"LCD in family room/Cable /VCR/stereo with Ipod cable /DVD,Cable internet wiht computer & printer with Wifi network, microwave, espresso and coffee maker, dishwasher, table for eight, many antiques throughout,8 burner Gas BBQ, games, child friendly, lots of parking with snow removal, firewood, private beach.
Min. stay for July-August and holidays (please call). We will consider shorter stays if house is open two week prior to rental. Holidays will have increased rates. Off-Season will have reduced rates. Credit Cards now accepted.

Christmas and New Years weeks are $2,450 plus cleaning. Check in 12/23 or 12/24 and for New Years check in 12/30 or 12/31. Thanks
