This cozy three-bedroom chalet has an open loft for additional sleeping space. All bedrooms have queen beds plus the upstairs bedroom has a set of twins (room sleeps 4). The kitchen has been recently updated and is fully equipped. The downstairs bath has laundry facilities for use. There is a wood-burning fireplace in the living room and a supply of wood available. There is a small deck off the upstairs bedroom, but the deck off the living room/kitchen area has seating around the perimeter and a BBQ available for use.

With only 3 steps into this home and 2 downstairs bedrooms, while not wheelchair accessible, this cozy chalet has easy access for people with limited abilities. It is nestle among trees on a quiet street with no through traffic. Close to shopping, skiing, lake and night life this home is the perfect get away for one or two families. There is off street parking for up to 3 vehicles.

South Lake Tahoe is known for its summer and winter sports. Heavenly Valley Ski Resort's California Lodge is withn walking distance to this home. This mountain offers all services for beginner or expert athlete. Even snow-play areas are available at the mountain's top for the non-skiers/boarders in the group. Cross country skiing areas are within a 30-40 minute drive, as are other downhill ski areas. Fishing is available in nearby streams and lakes (local permits required). Hiking is as close as the front door, although there are numerous regions within a short drive for the day-packer to enjoy. This home is within a mile to the lake itself and Ski Run Marina is at the foot of the hill. California state and regional parks surround the lake and are open to the public (some with minimal day fees). Local shopping is within 2 miles of this home whether for groceries, clothing or souvenirs.

				Low Season Price:	$800 per Week
				High Season Price:	$1,000 per Week

Holiday rates may be higher. There is a $200US deposit required to book home. This acts as a security deposit as well (refundable on inspecton and cleaning of home) usually within two weeks. There is a $75US housekeeping one time charge for all linens and cleaning upon departure (nonrefundable). There is a 10% City of South Lake Tahoe Occupancy Tax that is based on the total of the rental fee (excluding deposit and cleaning). Cancellation notice must be received within thirty (30) days of the first day of rental period or the deposit will be forfeited. If the propertty can be rerented the depsit will be returned less a $25 cancellation fee. If the cancellation is after the 30 days the same rule will apply
