There is plenty of room for everyone both in the bedrooms and all the common areas and 4 bathrooms will accommodate plenty of showers. 
 
This house is built for rest or play…… it has it all! Enjoy ping pong, foosball, air hockey or PlayStation. This house has 4 TV's, 2 DVD players, 6 CD players, a Bose IPOD system and WIRELESS INTERNET. You can go golfing, boating, fishing, skiing, hiking or you can turn on the gas fire place, put you feet up and enjoy the amazing views and vistas which are available in almost every room. 
This home is located on the end of a very quiet street, there is a two car garage, plenty of outside parking and is very close to the Tahoe Donner hiking trail and all the Tahoe Donner amenities.
