The unit includes a refrigerator, microwave and stove top essentials. The unit also includes a a DVD and VCR as well as a CD player. This unit is part of the Tahoe Donner community (www.tahoedonner.com) that includes discount lift tickets to Tahoe Donner downhill or cross country, an exercise facility, hot tub access, beach access to Donner Lake with boat ramp, equestrian center, 18-hole golf course, tennis courts and two pools.

Location, location ,location, this condo is close to Northstar, Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley and Sugar Bowl Ski resorts, beautiful road and mountain biking as well as many wonderful hikes along the I-80 corridor.

Two night minimum stay, $200.00 refundable deposit, $55.00 cleaning fee. No refunds when canceled less than 30 days from first nights stay.

You must drive about 2 miles to the pool, sauna and jacuzzi, The beach is 5 miles away. The kitchen does not have a stove but does have three electric burners, crock pot, electric frying pan and all of your cooking necessities.

You can walk to the ski lifts at Tahoe Donner, several other ski areas are within 15 miles. Raft the Truckee, Rock climb at Donner Summit, Swim in Donner Lake or Lake Tahoe, Mt. bike at Northstar and much more...

No refunds when canceled less than 30 days from first nights stay. There is also a 10% charge on the lodging rate. A two night stay between Thanksgiving and Easter would cost $220 +$55 +$275 + refundable $200 security deposit.
