				High Season Price:	$400 per Day

50% of rent due at time of reservation, balance due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept VISA or MC $100 Cancellation fee plus rent if property is cancelled 60 days prior to arrival and not re-rented. if property is re-rented, $100 cancellation fee is all that's charged.
