The door off the living room will take you to the fully fenced back yard with deck. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed (double on bottom/single on top) and a single bed (sleeps 4 in this room) with a TV/VCR. There is also a full bath with tub/shower upstairs. There is NO dishwasher. There is high speed internet in this condo.  
 
The complex offers 2 swimming pools, tennis courts and sauna in the summer and a year round hot tub. Just minutes to the bike trails and public beach. Located about 1.5 miles north east of Tahoe City. What a fun get-away!

Nightly rate and minimum night stay depends on season. Departure cleaning charge, 10% tax and security/damage deposit required in addition to the nightly rate. All rental monies are due and payable 45 days in advance. If reservation is more than 45 days away a $300.00 non-refundable pre-payment is required and the balance is then due 45 days prior to your arrival. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and checks for payment Check in is at 4 pm Check out is at 11 am We are happy to accomodate early in's and late out's if we can - but it is not guaranteed.
