The Gold Bend House is conveniently located in Northstar, a wonderful four-season resort. It is a ten-minute walk from the ski slopes, the owners’ Recreation Center and the fabulous new and vastly expanded Northstar Village with its interesting restaurants, shops and skating rink. The impressively beautiful new Ritz Carlton Hotel, with its many public amenities, has opened. Our efficient fully furnished wood ceiling totally remodeled home has three bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen and 2 extra long twin beds), three beautiful granite and tile baths, loft, kitchen, dining and living rooms and a slate entrance warming room for skis, as well as a large deck. Linens, towels and blankets are provided. No Smoking or pets. 
 
Telephone, DSL/WiFi (no charge), washer, dryer, fireplace, 42” plasma TV, VCR, DVD, and fully furnished granite countertop kitchen with dishwasher & large refrigerator. Rental includes free passes to the homeowners’ Recreation Center with several swimming pools, hot water spas, saunas, tennis courts, weight and training rooms and game rooms. In the summer, Northstar also has available golf, biking, hiking, horse riding and many other activities. For transportation day or night around Northstar and to the ski slopes, a free shuttle bus is available. The frequent shuttle bus stops directly in front of the house.

    Rate per Night Winter $495 2 Night Minimum Christmas & New Year’s Weeks $530 5 Night Minimum Spring $380 3 Night Minimum Summer $395 3 Night Minimum Autumn $350 3 Night Minimum A 10% county lodging tax, is required & will be added to the rental amount. Cleaning is included. There is a 20% discount on nights stayed beyond the minimum nights quoted. A $500 deposit is required to hold your reservation. $700 is required for reservations where the rent exceeds $1,400. The full rental fee is due 21 days before arrival along with a security deposit for any damage or excessive cleaning charges ($500 check - returned uncashed if no such damage). After our receipt and confirmation of your deposit, any cancellation may result in forfeiture of your deposit. If you cancel or shorten your stay within 21 days of arrival the full Total Amount Required may be charged less any rental amount received for the period from other rentals.
