Although our SUNSET SONATA is a very short walk to the beach at Kings Beach , theater, restaurants, miniature golf, shopping, and any sports rental shops, you are also very conveniently located near major Ski resorts for winter recreation. ONly 6 miles to NOrthstar, and Diamond Peak, Mt. Rose.

Our SUNSET SONATA offers very easy access on a large level sunny corner lot. We have installed automatic entry lights for easy evening arrivals.
