Very charming and comfortable home for couple or families. Sleeps 12 in 3 queen beds, 2 twins and one double bunk with trundle (sleeps 4). 4 bedrooms and 1 bath upstairs and 1 bedroom and 1 1/2 baths downstairs. Living room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. Down comforters on all beds. Large fenced yard (3 beach lots) with spa. Firewood provided for fireplace and fire pit in yard. Charcoal BBQ (Webber) and lawn furniture, table chairs, etc. 2 beach chairs and one mt bike provided.

Lock off rate available for lower rental rate (1 bedroom plus rest of the house) You just don't use the upstairs 4 bedrooms and bath.
Off season rates lower, holiday rates higher.

There are two very nice public pools close by, one in Truckee and one in Incline Village at the Recreation Center. The sandy beach is a very short walk and is large and public/ It also has a public boat ramp at the east end. Town, shopping, restaurants, movie house, miniature golf, are all a short 2 or more block walk. SKi resorts are near by. Northstar is the closest (1o minutes), then Diamond Peak (15 min), Mt. Rose (20 min), Alpine Meadows 15 min, Squaw 20 min and Homewood. Sugar Bowl is about 30 minutes. All times are estimates when there is not a weather or traffic problem. Map on line for details.
Firewood is provided. Extra parking is available on the lot through a double large gate.
