Retreat to our cozy, updated Tahoe style cabin by the lake, with views of the lake from every window. (One vacant lot from the lake) I've taken great care to create a beautiful space to relax and play; to escape our busy lives and renew the spirit.  
 
Winter ~Soak in our large (8 person)hot tub overlooking the lake, after a day of play in the snow. We are 12-25 minutes from 6 ski resorts. We have 2 sets of snowshoes for your use and 3 sleds. 
 
Summer ~Soak in our large (8 person) hot tub overlooking the lake, after a day of play in the lake, hiking, biking or golf. Enjoy bbqing on the deck and watching the sun set over the lake with family or friends. We have 2 bikes, beach chairs, grill, huge table w/ 6 comfortable chairs, a fenced back yard volleyball, basketball, beach toys and access to the lake is a quiet 5 min stroll.  
 
King's Beach is a small lake town with all you need within walking distance. The new park has several volleyball nets, basketball court and playground for young children. Beach, restaurants, shops, movie theatre and movie rentals within 5 min walk. We love never having to get in the car once we arrive.  
 
Casinos up the hill in Nevada a 5 min drive. There is a panoramic view of the lake at State Line Park just 5 min north. We delight in sharing our home with nice folks who appreciate it. Year round fun and relaxation at breath takingly beautiful Lake Tahoe.
