Gorgeous master bathroom with jacuzzi tub, jetted shower, twin sinks, marble construction and heated floors. Fully equipped chef's kitchen with all stainless appliances and slab granite counters. Beautiful wooded deck with gas grill and all teak furniture including second dining area(summer only) Passes to Tahoe Donner amenities (pool, hot tub, gym, beach, golf, tennis, marina, etc.) 
 
In short, there are a few homes on this rental site that are larger than this one or could sleep more people but Chateau St. Bernard is a primary residence equipped with all the finest finishes and furniture. This is simply one of the nicest home for rent in Tahoe Donner. Please, don't take our word for it, though, come tour it if you're in town and compare it to the others.

Rental/Refund policy: A deposit equaling one night's rent is due immediately to hold and confirm your reservation. Upon receiving your deposit we will inform you of the balance due. All deposits are refundable up to sixty days before the rental period begins. A final payment of the full rent plus a $175 cleaning fee plus a $550 damage deposit ($800 for New Year’s Eve) is due sixty days prior to your arrival. If the house is reserved less than sixty days prior to the rental period, the full amount is due immediately. There will be no refunds given for any cancellations within the sixty days prior to a tenant's arrival date. Note, some holidays such as 4th of July, Memorial Day and Labor day will be charged holiday rates despite occurring during the off peak rental season.
