This unique 5 bedroom 3 story home invites you to bring your family, friends, or business group and enjoy the country! With accommodations to sleep 13-15, the top floor has a large Master with 1 King bed and 1 Queen sofa sleeper. 2 additional bedrooms on this floor have double beds and incredible views! There is also a full bathroom with large tub and walk in shower with two sprayers.  
 
The main floor has a Powder Room, a Library/Music Rm, Living Rm with wood burning fireplace and vaulted ceilings, Dining Rm to seat 10, Kitchen with 3 sinks/9' long island with 5 burner cooktop/convection double oven, and maybe the best view in the house! Off the Living and Dining Rms French doors lead you to a 54' long deck with sofa/chairs/table with 4 chairs and gas bbq. 
 
The lower level has 2 bedrooms with their own French doors to the back yard. Each room has a Queen bed and one room has an additional twin bed. There is another Living Rm with large sectional sofa/card-game table/darts/flat screen tv and French doors to the back yard. You will also find a kitchenette with refrigerator/bistro table with 2 chairs/ and washer-dryer units. Lastly, you have a large bathroom you have to see to believe! 
 
The back yard has two areas and the maximum for any event is 100 people! There are horseshoes, western BBQ, a firepit and endless views of the Palomar Mt Range, Temecula Wine country, and the western Santa Rosa plateau. Don't forget to visit the goats, chickens, pot belly pig, dogs and cats while here = )
