Vacation Rental Description
The Cove cabin is spacious and cozy and an ideal location for a small church retreat, family reunion, youth gathering, boy/girl scout getaway or any small group that wants to stay in a home-away-from-home setting. There are 5 bedrooms with bedding provided, 4.5 bathrooms, a large living room with fireplace, a separate meeting or dining space with folding tables/chairs and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare your own meals. We provide pots, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils etc. in a modern and convenient kitchen. There is also a dishwasher, coffee pot, refrigerator/freezer, large microwave.
On the top floor you can sleep up to 14 guests within 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms sleep 4 guests and the 3rd bedroom sleeps 6 guests). One of the bedrooms has a twin bunk bed and a king bed, with an attached bathroom. The other beds are twin bunk beds and there are two separate twin beds.
On the bottom floor you can sleep up to 16 guests within 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom sleeps 6 guests and the other bedroom sleeps 10 guests). All of the beds on the bottom floor are twin bunk beds.
We decorate for Thanksgiving and Christmas so it's a great place to gather the family for the holidays. Plus, we don't raise our rates during the "busy season". We want all our returning guests to come at any time during the year, knowing they will get the same affordable rate.

We have a wood fireplace in the Living room. There is also a large patio in front of the house with benches where you can enjoy lunch or just being in the outdoors. We do permit smoking in safe, designated outdoor areas. Within the 4.5 bathrooms, there are 2 bath tubs. We provide all the linens and bedding. (You bring towels).

In winter or summer, there are great outdoor activities.
Right behind the house, you can can walk into the San Bernardino National Forest where you can hike and rock climb down a gorgeous ravine that leads to Deep Creek. It's beautiful and you truly get away and into the wilderness. We have a volleyball/badminton court on the property.
We are 10 minutes from Snow Valley Ski Resort for skiing or snow boarding. There's snow play areas on our property. And we are about 5 minutes from Snow Drift, where you can do inner tubing in the winter.
We are 15 minutes to Lake Arrowhead Village, which has wonderful shops, restaurants, bakeries and kid's activities like a play ground, mini-golf and go-carts.
