This Beautifully appointed (1800 square foot) home was built in 2002 and has modern furnishings. It has all the amenities you'll need for a relaxing, fun holiday in the mountains. Located at the bottom of Snow Summit Ski Resort makes it ideal for the avid skier, mountain biker or family who just don't want to get back in the car.

Walk to the slopes, corner store and much more. Just 2-5 minutes from the Lake, Restaurants, and all of Big Bear's main attractions. There is ample parking for you and your guests in the large driveway, and we are situated on a flat street, ideal for the kids to go outside and ride bikes or play in the snow.

You will enjoy our very open plan, fantastic for entertaining. We have provided a large 54" digital television for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with Belgium waffle maker.

Cozy up to a wonderful fire in the living room or Master Bedroom, take soak in the relaxing whirlpool tub or play an exciting game of Air Hockey. Go out on the back deck and have a delicious Bar-B-Q while you listen to the wind blow through the tall pines. Once you are here you won't want to go home.

The Bedrooms have 1 king size bed, two double beds and in the living room is a Queen pullout leather Sofa. All linens provided.

    • We are located between two great ski resorts Snow Summit is walking distance and Bear Mountain is a very short drive and the choice for snowboarders who need more daring terrain. There are lots of other great things to do in Big Bear for kids too! visit the local Moonridge Zoo to see Bears, wolves eagles reptiles and yes Snow Leopards to name a few. Take a hike on many of the areas marked trails. bike around the lake on the paved bike path. Kids and adults love the Bowling barn where you can get a cold beer and spin some pins around. Sandy's Bar offers great food, large screen TV's to watch the big game while the kids are occupied with shuffle board and video games. Don't forget to visit the local Boutique shops at the end of Evergreen drive (going away from the slopes). Or just sit back and enjoy the clean fresh crisp air and beautiful scenery!
