A 1/4 mile paved, serpentine driveway leads to this very nicely furnished 3 level Home that comes with everything you need to enjoy a carefree get-away at your home away from home. Entering on mid-level, the circular entry overlooks the dining room and adjoins the living or reading room with a stone fireplace, comfortable overstuffed furnishings and rich carved bookcases of wood and marble.

A curved stairway leads up to the large Master Bedroom with a Queen bed, an oversized tub for 2 and separate dual showers, or down to the kitchen, dining, and living area, and two more bedrooms with queen and full sized beds. The kitchen and nook are open and adjoin the living room with large entertainment center, and soft, glove-leather furnishings and leads to a large covered porch with gas BBQ and views of unforgettable sunsets, Sacramento Valley vistas and city lights.

Sutter Creek is located 40 miles southeast of Sacramento, 30 miles from Placerville, 54 miles from Sonora and 3 miles from Jackson. Sacramento International Airport is serviced by several major airlines and Jackson hosts a small local airport suitable for private aircraft. Transportation is available from Jackson Airport by appointment.
