Sequoia Forest Mountain Cabin 
Kings Canyon / Sequoia in the High Sierras 
A 3 bedroom 1 3/4+ bath vacation rental, that sleeps up to 12 guests! 
 
Secluded atop a hill is Rustic, "Snowline Cabin", surrounded by woods and National Forest  
on one side and a breathtaking view of mountains on the other, extending on a clear day, all the way to the coast! We are located just 1000 feet off Highway 180 - last commercial stop enroute to Kings Canyon/Sequoia National Parks - at an elevation of 4500 feet where tall Ponderosa Pines, Incense Cedars, big Black Oak and Manzanita flourish. You could spend days seeing many attractions in the parks (that even Yosemite cannot boast). 
 
You'll find two caves, greatest two groves of Giant Sequoia Redwood trees in the world, Hume Lake, untamed Kings River and Kings Canyon - deepest canyon in conterminous US (deeper than Grand Canyon). Also, you can explore our 450-plus acre estate and enjoy multi-varietal flora (and fauna, if lucky) including dozens of the world's largest and oldest MANAZANITA trees (some 35 feet tall and 100 years old).  
 
There are dozens of Manzanita Groves you are welcome to view and/or picnic on the 450 acres as well as massive Granite boulders from which to oversee the San Juaquin Valley and multi-city lights at night. Our property is abundant in native historical sites as well, such as "Sontag Point". This was the "lookout" for the Sontag & Evans train robbers' gang of the late 1800's.  
 
From this point they could see the "Posse" riding up the Valley--in sufficient time to high-tail it out the back side! It's just a short hike to the top to see for yourself. We are in the Sequoia National Forest which is adjacent to the National Parks and one could literally travel by foot or HORSEBACK over a MILLION acres and not traverse the same place twice! 
 
Our cabin awaits you and your loved ones' welcomed arrival. We also can accommodate travellers in our rustic mountain motel -- SNOWLINE LODGE. (Nothing fancy, just clean, comfortable, and cozy with queen-size bed and bath, a few larger rooms, and kitchenette, too.) Rates: $59 to $89 Dbl Occupancy.  
 
Rates for the UPPER CABIN are most reasonable: $159 per night, double occupancy; $10 per person or pet thereafter per night with (10% discount for four-night stay; 20% discount for MORE than four nights.) Rates for the LOWER CABIN are even more reasonable: $135 per night, double occupancy (and the rest is the same as above). 
 
Why pay high room rent and NOT be able to, at least, save on preparing SOME of your meals in your own private 2-story Cabin?
