Come enjoy our Mammoth Retreat, our one bedroom home away from home...Our nice, spacious condo (sleeps 4 adults OR 2 adults with up to 3 small kids) is within steps of Eagle Express chairlift. With a huge concentration of gentle terrain and access to the steeps of Lincoln Mountain, Eagle Lift is great for families and groups with varying skill levels.  Largely undiscovered, Eagle is a great starting point that's a four minute walk to our complex. Eagle Express is a high speed 6 person chairlift and Eagle Lodge has all of your mountain services- Ticketing, Rentals, Ski Lessons, Accessories, Dining, etc) 
 
LOCATION! Our very cozy condo is an end unit with sunny exposure and nice views w/no guests above and nearly 900 sq ft large. Being in this ideal location, it is quiet and peaceful. THIS IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL RENTAL! For a 1 bedroom, our home is large so you will not feel like you are in a shoebox! Our goal is for you to feel very comfortable and at home. The 3 Jacuzzis on the premises have spectacular views of Mammoth Rock, Crystal Crag, & the amazing Sherwin Mountain ranges. Aspen Creek complex is ideal!  
 
With high vaulted ceilings, lots of windows and sunlight, our log mountain style furnishings will definitely have you feeling like you are in the high Sierras. After a long day outdoors, unwind at one of fifty restaurants in Town offering everything from budget taquerias to gourmet fine dining. Whatever you come to experience in Mammoth during the winter, you will certainly enjoy the crisp, cool mountain air that will leave you feeling energized & renewed!  
 
Enjoy our high quality bedding, linens, blankets and comforters and soft towel sets - all are provided, along wi/ basic toiletries. The unit sleeps four adults or two adults and 3 kids maximum (we have a new cot for third small child). Our Master has a huge king bed (with 450 thread count sheets and a down comforter) & pull-out queen sofa bed with a new mattress ( 2012) in the living room. The Master BRhas a private vanity entrance into the bathroom. For your convenience & enjoyment, the bedroom has a new dvd player (11/2011) and TV to cuddle up for a relaxing movie. The comfortable and roomy new dining areafurniture and living room have a new flat screen that all our to enjoy! Fireplace is in the perfect spot for your R & R...cable TV, VCR, DVD player with movies, & a stereo. 
We have a fully equipped ready to use kitchen- completely stocked with all kitchen tools & spices needed to cook the meal of your liking w/ new appliances in 2011.

We are less than a block to Eagle Lift....Just out our complex back door are beautiful trails for hiking, biking and enjoying Mammoth's beautiful scenery...! We have sleds for the kids for snow play right outside our back door, too! In the summer walk to forest campsite where campinsg sites are available for day use. There is something for everyone here... whether you're looking for adventure or pure R and R- it's here!

We are in a beautiful quiet upscale neighborhood to the left of Juniper Springs Lodge. Aspen Creek is known for it's amazing views, quiet and well kept complex. Our home is lless than one block to Eagle Run, a six chair lift with ticketing, lessons/classes, restaurant and bar all at your fingertips! The lift is literally less than a five minute walk that is kid friendly, too! The protected Valentine Reserve is right in our backyard. This means paved and unpaved hiking and biking areas in the beautiful forest- away from cars, streets, shuttles.
