An exterior renovation of the Huntington Building were completed as of mid-November 2007. The building is awesome. The renovations included thermal pane windows and sliding doors, new roof, new siding, new decks and stone accents.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental amount or $250.00 whichever is more, is required in order to confirm a reservation. Full payment is required at least 30 days prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures. Reservations are not held until payment is received. SECURITY DEPOSIT, INSURANCE The security deposit is 50% of the total rental amount or $250.00 whichever is less. You can pay it, you can purchase Insurance or you can pre-authorize your credit card. PAYMENTS can be made by credit card, check-by-fax, or PayPal.
