I have a home on Lake Tulloch built over water on fast water. Ski right from the home or watch everyone else so skiing by. Three story home with four bedrooms and three baths. The upper level is the master suite which has a king size bed, Jacuzzi tub for two, steam shower for up to four. The main level has front room, kitchen, dinning and two large bedrooms. The lake room has a king size bed and twin, the beach room has a queen size bed, there is a large main bath with dual sinks and separate shower area. The lower level which is closest to the lake has another living area with two futons and a sofa sleeper. There is also a fourth bedroom, full bath and a mini kitchen on this level. There are four patio areas and parking for two boats and two wave runners. There is enough room to enjoy your company or go off by yourself. We are located across from open land so the view is awesome. Every room has a lake view, including the bath rooms. If you book 5 or less days our fee is $500 per night 6 or more days the price lowers to $450 per night with $150 cleaning fee and $800 deposit that is refundable as long as there is no damage. 
We are located near Saddle Creek Golf, Green Horn Golf, Murphy's wine tasting, Ors rafting, Caverns, one hour to Yosemite, and one hour to snow skiing. Off season is on $350 per night two night min. From Mid Oct to week prior to Memorial Day.

We have a large flat screen on the main living area for your night time entertainment. Open floor plan, BBQ on kitchen level. Large lower patio area that is covered, has two patio tables and outdoor futon for relaxing.

In the town of Copperopolis where Lake Tulloch is located there is a local gym, horse back riding and golf course. There are three placed on the lake you can pick up a meal and several eating areas in our town. There is the new Copperopolis Town Square which has fine dinning and old time out door mall for shopping. You can do it all while your here or just relax and enjoy the views!

Half the rental fee is due at booking and the balance, deposit and 6% tax is due 3 weeks prior to your vacation date. All money will be refunded as long as the cancellation is done two weeks prior to booking date.
