Three bedroom, two and a half bath ideally located home in East Meadows. Spectacular views accentuate this perfect mountain retreat. Master bedroom with steam shower, Jacuzzi bath and small adjoining loft area with single pullout ideal for a child.

Main level has state of the art kitchen with island. Dining and living area with wood stove complete a warm functional area for family and social gatherings. Living room sofa is also a pullout. Spacious deck and barbeque are accessible and provide uncompromised views of the hill and meadow.

Downstairs has one room with a queen and the third bedroom has a double bunk. The adjacent living area has a double pullout. Downstairs bath has double sink and bath/shower.

Slopes are accessible by shuttle or short walk. Our home is on the "Kirkwood Meadow" hiking and cross country ski trail. Kirkwood is a high alpine recreational environment with a multitude of activities including, hiking, mountain biking, swimming in nearby Kirkwood and Silver lakes. Whitewater rafting is a short drive to the Carson and American Rivers. Superb fishing is accessible throughout the Sierra. Lake Tahoe is a 30 minute drive on scenic highway 88 and 89 for those who have something left at the end of a day of skiing or other activity.
