You can also enjoy a BBQ at the outdoor patio dining area with the serenity of the waterfall between you and the island on the lake. 
 
The large gourmet kitchen is functional and beautiful with expansive granite counter tops and a large central island complete with sink and 6 stools. The refrigerator has filtered water and ice accessible through the door. The 5-burner gas Cook Top, Dishwasher, Dual Confection Ovens and Microwave are all upgraded stainless steel appliances. 
 
The dinning room which overlooks the fire pit, lake and the waterfall has a table with 2 leafs that can seat from 6 to 10 people. Please use the wet bar to serve your wine and cocktails. 
 
The large private master suite is positioned to enjoy full benefit of the view, with entry to the patio and sitting area. The large suite is beautifully furnished with king size bed, walk in closet, a wide screen LCD TV and DVD with HBO and Showtime. The bath is beautifully appointed with custom cabinetry and counters, double sinks, oversized soaking tub, separate shower with heavy glass enclosure. 
 
The in-house Laundry Room includes a utility sink, cabinets, washer and dryer with direct access to a two car garage.

    One half of the total is due upon signing of the rental agreement and the other half at 60 days prior to check in. A traveler's check, bank money order, cashiers check or personal check is fine. The rate includes all taxes, the heating of the pool and Jacuzzi, usage of the fire pit and the heating and A/C of the home. Inquire about weekly and monthly rates. We are real people and we make great deals to fill occupancy gaps.
