This beautifully appointed home features a "Great Room" with French doors that lead directly out to the covered patio area for the "Sun Shy" and then to the solar heated pool and spa. The "tropical look" landscape ads to the enjoyment of lounging around the pool or cooking at the built-in gas barbecue. Indoor entertainment is a 46" LCD HDTV in the "Great Room", DVD player + Wireless Internet throughout the home + unlimited long distance calling through out the US and Canada.  
 
French doors lead from the Master Bedroom directly to the pool and spa area. Relax in the spa or "oversize tub" in the Master Bathroom and then get into the "cozy" King-Size Bed for a GREAT nights sleep! The two guest bedrooms have their own bathrooms and Queen-Size beds. One of the guest rooms features French doors that open onto the courtyard and a private side door to the backyard! All bedrooms have their own TV's. 
 
The Kitchen features a large eating area that leads directly to the pool and spa. The kitchen also has built-in GE Monogram appliances: convection oven, convection microwave, dishwasher, trash compactor, and a five-burner gas cooktop. The kitchen has slab granite countertops and backsplashes. The home has an inside laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer, a utility sink, and granite countertop. 
 
The community tennis courts are one short block away from the house. They can be used day or night!

This home also has a fireplace in the great room, instant hot water with heat pump, wirelesss internet that works all through the home and even out by the pool. It also has solar pool heating along with gas pool heating to keep the pool heating costs down. There are 5 lighted tennis courts and a set of golf clubs for your use.
