Cleaning Fee $115.00 $500 security deposit is due at the time of booking to hold the reservation. The security deposit, less any damage charges, will be refunded within 15 days after departure. The total balance of the rental fee and cleaning fee are due 30 days prior to arrival. If reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival entire balance, including all deposits are due immediately. If any of the following items are lost or damaged, $100 will be retained for replacement of the item. (Complex Gate access transponder, Garage door Opener, Fitness Center access card & House keys)
