Mid Season:October 1-December 20: 
$1250 per week, 11.5% City of Palm Springs Occupancy tax for all stays less than 28 days. 
$325 per night with a 3 night minimum, $125 cleaning/laundry fee, 11.5% Occupancy tax. 
 
High Season: December 21- May 31: 
$1500 per week, 11.5% City of Palm Springs Occupancy tax. 
$350 per night with a 3 night minimum, $125 cleaning fee, 11.5% Occupancy tax.

    50% deposit required at time of making a reservation. The rental balances and $1000.00 refundable security deposit are due 90 days prior to arrival. Security deposits are returned on the first business day following your departure after the home has been inspected. Rental cost may be paid by check(payable to Desert Oasis Properties Inc.), visa, mastercard or discover. The security deposit is payable by check only. All stays of less than 28 days are subject to the City of Palm Springs Occupancy tax of 11.5% on the rental amount. All stays of less than one week are subject to a cleaning and laundry fee of $150.00.
