This beautiful 6,800 square foot estate has 5 fireplaces on the property. The pool has an island in the middle, with a BBQ, fireplace, patio table, hammock and sandy beach. The island is accessed by crossing the bridge from the mainland over the moving river. The spa is in a cave and has a slide from the top into the deepest part of the pool. The river circles the island. Special jets can be turned on to create a current in the river. The main house has 4 bedrooms sleeps 8. There are two Casitas. The South Casita has a King bedroom a private kitchen and private bath. The North Casita has 2 bedrooms (one with a Queen bed and one with a Queen/Twin Bunk bed, a shared bath, apartment size kitchen and its own living room. This unit can sleep 4 to 5 more. The entire complex can accommodate 14 people very comfortably.  
 
The Main House has 2 living rooms, one with a 56' flat screen TV and theater type seating. There is a total of 7 bedrooms. The main house has 4 bedrooms and can sleep 8 people. Three of these bedrooms are master suites, each with a King bed and private bath. Two of the master suites have jacuzzi tubs, separate shower and vanity. The third master suite has a Steam Shower and vanity. The 3 King master suites each has its own fireplace. The South Casita has a King bed, apartment size kitchen and bathroom with shower and vanity. The 6th and 7th bedrooms are in the North Casita which is a 2 bedroom unit with a shared bath with a combination jacuzzi tub/shower and vanity; an apartment size kitchen and its own living room with flat screen TV.  
 
The POOL, THE ISLAND AND THE RIVER: The pool has an island in the middle with a full BBQ kitchen, fireplace, hammock, sandy beach and lounge chairs. You get to the island by crossing the bridge from the mainland over the river. The Spa is in a cave with a flowing waterfall and a slide from the top for some added adventure.  
 
NOW FOR THE RIVER ADVENTURE! The river actually moves!! You can raft down the river with the moving current!  
 
Putting greens & basketball: You can practice your putts or basketball right outside the door!  
 
The house: This house is newly constructed. Everything is brand new!!
