Guest half bath is in the hallway. The living room, dining room and kitchen open onto the patio located at the 8th Green of this 27 hole PGA Rated Championship Golf Course. There is also a furnished office with high speed internet.
Home includes a two car garage with remote opener, fully loaded kitchen with granite counter tops, etertainment bar and dining area.
Kitchen appliances are top of the line Stainless Steel GE Profile. New Maytag washer and dryer is also provided.
On site activities include the Golf Course, Tennis, Racquetball, and a Gym / Fitness and Spa Therapy Center. The Doral Desert Princess Hotel is adjacent to the country club and can provide accommodations for extra guests and additional dining choices as well.
