This townhome is located in downtown Palm Springs, close to everything and is very private with its own entrances in a gated community with pools, spas and a sauna. Walk to restaurants, clubs, shopping and the casino.

The desert sky is deep blue and we get sunshine 350 days a year. Days are warm and nights delightfully cool. (Winter range is 60-80F day; 50F overnight and Summer is 90-115F day and 80-90F overnight.)

Los Angeles, San Diego and the OC (Orange County) are all 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 hours away with their beaches and attractions. Palm Springs is surrounded by high mountain ranges and skiing is 1 1/2 hours away in Big Bear Lake.

The Coachella Valley (Palm Springs is one of several cities/towns) has the most golf courses in the world, world-class shopping and galleries and spectacular entertainment at our many theatres and casino showrooms. We are at the edge of several national parks, including Joshua Tree and there is horseback riding in the desert and also up in the San Jacinto mountains above Palm Springs.

The townhome has one bedroom, one bath, a fully equipped kitchen and is surrounded by planted patios. The townhouse is fully furnished, including dishes, linens, etc. Cleaning service is provided at cost. The view of the sunrise over the mountains of Joshua Tree is spectacular. There is private parking on site.
