French doors in the dining room open to a nice courtyard with a fireplace and an outdoor dining area with seating for eight. The spacious landscaped yard has a salt water heated pool ( for a fee. ) and in-ground spa with wonderful views of the San Jacinto mountains. There are pool toys and comfortable pool floats.

The walled backyard has a grapefruit, tangerine, and orange trees for healthy snacks and juice drinks when in Season. The driveway can park several cars or a RV if needed.
