Welcome to Palm Springs, the Movie Colony and most important, the destination for your time of rest, relaxation and rejuvenation. We are pleased to have you as our guests. We hope that you will thoroughly enjoy your stay and will look forward to future visits. We also hope that you will refer your friends as nothing gives us more pleasure than to share our home with others who appreciate it.  
 
You will find upon entering the house you are transported back to a time when glamour, elegance and entertaining on a grand scale were the order of the day. From the large circular sofa and firepit in the living room to the vast expanse of glass beyond which the original kidney shaped swimming pool invites you to take a dip, sunglasses and hat in hand, martini in the other, you will sense what it must have been like back when Frank Sinatra and Ava Gardner were just down the street entertaining the Rat Pack and Tony Curtis and Janet Leigh were swimming in the pool next door with a young Jamie Lee Curtis in tow. Without a doubt, fabulous parties took place in the house back in the 60s and we like to refer to our home as the “grand old dame” holding court. Be it for a small, intimate group for a special occasion or a large event, the house provides the perfect backdrop for our guests to step out of their daily lives and into a place and time where nary a care exists.  
 
As you make your way through the house, you will discover a master suite with incomparable views of the mountains. Nowhere is this more evident than when waking up the first morning of your visit and seeing the colors of the mountain change with the rising of the sun. When showing in the master bath, the mountains may as well be in the room with you for how vast and present they are in view.  
 
The “spa” bedroom is uniquely tropical with its custom designed zebrawood furniture. Enter the room and marvel at the décor and in ground outdoor spa. A private patio and backyard create the most secluded atmosphere, one you won’t ever want to leave.  
 
The “west wing” is a self-contained bedroom suite, furnished with authentic mid-century modern teak furniture. A separate sitting area and private patio allow for a respite from all the activities you’ll likely engage in while in Palm Springs. Original LIFE magazines from the 60s are there for your perusal as well as romance magazines considered scandalous in the 50s.  
 
The den provides for comfortable family entertainment with a large screen plasma HDTV, desk area, large collection of Wine Spectator and Dwell magazines and numerous books on Palm Springs and its unique architecture.  
 
The kitchen is fully furnished and has a gas Viking stove and oven for those who love to cook. Authentic Bertoia barstools and a glass dining table with black and brown leather chairs for up to ten people provide for a wonderful gathering place for meals and wonderful memories.  
 
The photos of the house do not come close to accurately capturing the look and feel of the house so we look forward to the moment you walk in the door and see for yourself, you won’t be disappointed.  
 
We have always viewed our home as much like a boutique hotel and we hope that you will have the same experience during your stay. Come and rest, relax and enjoy the grand old dame, she waiting for you…
