Proximity to the airport, downtown Palm Springs and easy access to the other Valley communities make it ideal. The bright, spacious home is beautifully appointed and the exceptional pool area with the privacy provided by it's mature landscaping is perfect for unwinding. We look forward to our next visit. ”


Neal Salisian Says“ "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We had 4 couples and came to relax and enjoy a poolside weekend of watching football and celebrating birthdays. This house has it all from plenty of TV's, great outdoor furniture, misters, clean BBQ, nicely-sized beds, and all of the necessities you would need for a weekend of living. The house is close enough to Downtown, but in a great, secluded neighborhood. The air conditioning worked great and the misters really kept it cool despite being over 100 degrees. I am told outdoor speakers are in process, which would be a nice addition. Thanks for the great weekend! We will be coming back to this property the next time we are in Palm Springs." ”

The d�cor of the home was spectacular and very spacious. It made our vacation seem very relaxing. The outdoor area in particular was amazing; it had a great patio and aside from the pool and spa there was plenty of extra grass space for other activities. We all will definitely come back to this home on our future trips to Palm Springs. This home was a perfect addition to our vacation. "”

All of us enjoyed the pool and the many pool flots/toys provided. The only thing that would have been nice is that if the air conditioning was not locked on 84 degrees when we arrived. It was uncomfortable first night, but the next day we called the rental agency and they sent someone to unlock it and it was cooling the house well. Margarit & Aram, Whittier, CA”

The owners have made it an ideal vacation home and base on our stay, they put a great deal of care and attention in its maintenance, which shows in its decor and equipment. This is a plus point for us in any vacation rental. The home is very welcoming and comfortable with a large grass area, pool and spa, which the twins greatly enjoyed. The covered patio and its outdoor furniture are great for chilling and relaxing. We found the location of the home is ideal with easy reach to downtown Palm Springs and other desert resorts, including Joshua tree and San Andreas Fault areas. Patrick Says“ I have attempted to source my own vacation homes on two past occasions. Once in Maui and another time in Florida. Typically thing - do your homework, ask lots of questions and read as many reviews or look at as many pics as possible - fact is both disappointed. This time it was different. I had been to Palm Springs prior with business golf trips but not with my family of 3 toddlers. It was the best place. Great pool, spa and backyard. They were mostly visible from every angle inside the house because of the large window / doors facing the back yard (except maybe when they were playing with the outdoor shower. House was very functional for both Mom and Dad and provided lots of places to run, hide and lounge for the two boys and well the baby - she was happy hanging out in the patio mister keeping her cool. All in all it was too bad we couldn't stay longer. Work gets in the way. We will be back - thanks Jim. Great house.”
