The Lucy House is 4 driving minutes from the famous Palm Springs strip but just far enough off the beatin path for peace and quiet. The house is in the movie colony which consists of lots of nice homes and minutes from tennis courts and parks.

The house should have everything you need on the premis to keep you happy and lounging at home if that's what you are looking for, but is also close enough to the shops, restaurants and entertainment that town has to offer.

On the premis we have: 3 big flatscreen tv's, two outdoor cooking areas, stereo, wireless stereo plus ipod dock, pool toys and floaties, outdoor bar, plenty of space for relaxing or entertaining. It's fully furnished and the kitchen is fully stocked.
