The Araby is a stand alone ‘home’ designed by renowned architect Barry Burkus & Trudy Richards. The complex is considered Architecturally Significant and has been published internationally and lauded as one of Palm Springs’ best examples of modernist architecture. The unit features a folded plate roof, terrazzo flooring, exposed concrete block walls, in-unit washer and dryer, a full custom kitchen, custom globe light fixtures and a private walled patio with a built-in outdoor grill and kitchen. The outdoor patio is extremely private, but with the fantastic sun and privacy, guests can take advantage of outdoor living to their own tastes.
