One gambling casino is in downtown Palm Springs and others are a short drive away. In January, Palm Springs hosts a popular and well-attended international film festival. In March, the Pacific Life Open at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden draws the top-ranked tennis players in the world. Luxury outlet shopping is a short drive away (to the west) and high-end shopping along El Paseo in Palm Desert is likewise a short drive away (to the east). 				Season Rate
				Low Season Price:	$750 per Week
				High Season Price:	$1,000 per Week

High season price (December - April) is $1000 per week and $2950 per month. Low season price (May - November) is $750 per week and $1950 per month. Lower price can be negotiated for extended stays during the low season. A non-refundable reservation deposit of $250 is applied toward rent. All remaining charges are due at least 10 days before arrival, including a non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 and a refundable security deposit equal to 30% of the rent. City tax of 11.5% may apply, depending on length of stay.
