Fully furnished with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and 2 queen hideabeds. 3 TVs, complete kitchen, large great room and full dining room. Golf course views on 2 sides, private interior atrium patio with table, chairs and lounges. Large great room area with separate tv viewing section, along with 2 couches, 2 recliners, 2 swivel rockers and a game table. Dining table seats 10.Pool and spa close by, covered car parking. Golf privileges, tennis courts and clubhouse dining on site. The unit is a corner duplex with 2 sides on the golf course. It has 10 ft ceilings with floor to ceiling sliding doors in all rooms. Air conditioned and heated. Wireless computer connections.Second fenced patio on golf course with lounge, chairs & table. 
Area Description Gated community, close to shopping and entertainment. Quiet, private area, wonderful get away retreat. Beautiful open airy golf course, community has many pools, barbeques and spas. There is a lovely golf course, beautiful clubhouse with wonderful food. Tennis courts are also available. Fruit trees abound, and the grounds are lovely with beautiful trees and flowers.  
This is Not a party place. Very suitable for families, couples, friends, those wanting a retreat. It was our parents home, therefore many personal items are there. We appreciate people who will enjoy this lovely home and treat it with respect. We do allow children, but not pets. We also do not allow smoking in the unit.

    There is a 3 night minimum charge. Weekend rate is $500 plus $125 cleaning fee. We require 1 night rental fee, plus $125 cleaning fee deposit on reservation. 50% payment of total fee, 45 days prior to reserved date, and full payment 30 days prior. Cancellations will be charged a one day penalty if cancelled by 30 days before date. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if the reservation is cancelled within 15 days, and there is not refund if reservation is cancelled within the last 2 weeks prior to date. Children require a fully refundable fee of $250 for damage security.
