Welcome to the Palm Regency, an exclusive condominium complex of single storey homes. It offers two tennis courts and two swimming pools with jacuzzis. 
 
Located close to downtown you can easily walk to the shopping area, the casino and the Convention Center. 
If you prefer to use your car then parking is easy and secure both downtown and back home in my attached garage. 
 
My 2 bedroom 3 bathroom unit is a spacious 1830 square feet with 2 private walled patios for your outdoor sunning, relaxing and dining enjoyment. Feel free to enjoy the oranges, lemons and grapefruit from my citrus trees, and have a cook-out on the gas barbecue! 
 
On your entrance into the foyer, turn right into the living area with its oversize couches and dining for eight. To warm you in the winter you can complement the central heating with the cozy gas fireplace in the living room. 
 
The fully equipped kitchen enjoys views of the garden plus everything you want for preparing a casual breakfast or a formal dinner party. 
 
The whole apartment has been recently remodelled and decorated to the highest standards, featuring antiques and collectibles with original artwork. Tiled floors and granite countertops lend a cooling atmosphere. 
 
Turn left to the den where you will enjoy relaxed evenings with large 54 inch screen TV, DVD and VCR players, plus a separate 5 CD sound system so you can plan an evening's music for your dinner party. If needed the sofa opens into a queen size bed, and the 3rd full bath makes life easy for everybody. 
 
 
The master bedroom is so spacious you may never leave! 
A kingsize bed, entertainment center with TV and DVD plus an antique writing desk provide a haven of rest. 
 
The bedrooms look out onto a small patio which with its trellised overhead shading offers a quiet place to read and relax 
 
If you want to mix work with vacation, a desk/office area is located next to the bedroom and opposite your huge walk-in closet. Free wireless internet connection.  
Stroll on through to your master bathroom with its separate WC, double wash basins, jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. 
 
The second bedroom has a wall of mirrored closets and looks out on to the shaded patio shared with the master, with its own bathroom. 
 
There is a waher and dryer with energy saving front load washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. All linens, towels etc are provided plus hair dryer. 
 
The third spacious bathroom provides a powder room for dinner guests or full facilities for those extra overnight guest

The condo will be cleaned on your arrival and for longer stays you can arrange for our cleaning service to visit at your convenience.

This is a monthly rental. Weekly rentals considered if the property is available. Please call for weekly rates. There is a fully refundable security deposit of $200 and a one time cleaning fee of $125. Payment of the $200 deposit plus $200 of the rental (total $400) confirms your reservation. The balance is due 60 days before your arrival. Should you cancel, all payments less $50 will be returned if I am able to re-rent your time. Please note these rates include electricity charges of up to $200 per month. This easily covers normal use of A/C. Any excess will be deducted from your deposit.
