Located at the 18th tee box, this 1814 sq ft ground floor villa condo features 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, 2 bedrooms are master suites with king beds and large walk in closets,third bedroom/den has a full size sofa bed.

Home is upgraded with Plantation Shutters and new 20 inch ceramic floor tile. Bedrooms have new light carpet. 2 car garage with remote. Utility room with washer and dryer. This home is fully equipped, just need to bring your groceries!

Brand new Air Conditioning sysyem just installed. NEW We have just added Wi Fi High Speed Internet available November through April. New 45 inch HD Flat screen TV in living room with all HBO and several other premium channels.

We are a no smoking home!
