Rates are in $US $215 a night---$1350 a week---$5000 a month for Nov-May $150 a night---$900 a week----$2700 a month for Jun-Oct Terms and Conditions Payment Types: We accept checks (cashier check or certified checks) Payments through PAYPAL. Transient Occupancy Tax: There is a 10% TOT (Transient Occupancy Tax) on top of your nightly room charges for any stay 31 days or less. The tax will be broken out on your statement/receipt. Deposits: Refundable Security Deposit is $250 and is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The Refundable Security Deposit will be refunded to you within 21 days after inspection of the home. There is a cleaning fee of $85. Cancellation Policy and Fees: There is a $250 cancellation fee if reservation is cancelled after receipt of the Refundable Security Deposit.
