The resort is a gate guarded community of 960 privately owned duplex homes, and is only a short 25 minute drive from Palm Springs regional airport. The huge Palm Desert Town Center mall is only minutes away, and the elegant shops of the world famous El Paseo Drive are close by.

Palm Desert Resort and Country Club offers an 18 hole par 72 regulation golf course (the course is a true recreational layout featuring lush double wide fairways), the community has 20 pools that are heated during the winter season and each one has a companion therapy spa. 13 Tennis courts are available daily and are lighted for evening play.

This lovely condo is easily accessed from the front gate and is also a short walk to the clubhouse and tennis courts. It features a sunny full length patio overlooking the pond alongside the fairway. You will enjoy the evening with a barbecue in this magnificent area, surrounded by lush greens. The spacious and private layout has a living and kitchen area with bedrooms to either side.
