Located in a small friendly cul-de-sac, the recently remodeled 1175 sq. ft. home is situated on the thirteenth hole of the beautiful Palm Desert Resort Country Club. Beautifully furnished, this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home sleeps 7 people and is perfect for 2 couples, a golf group, or a family.  
 
Each bedroom has its own bathroom and spacious closet. Master bathroom is en suite. Many championship golf courses and luxurious spas are minutes away from this relaxing quiet hideaway, as well as fine dining, live entertainment, nightlife and Las Vegas style casino gaming.  
 
Most guests that stay here say they don't want to go anywhere. Views of the fairway with palm trees and three lakes with waterfalls against a backdrop of mountains can be seen throughout the community and give our guests enough eye candy to make them want to stay put.  
 
Sliding glass doors from each room open to your own patio with views of the golf course and the Santa Rosa Mountains. The adjacent pool is a perfect place to enjoy the sun. The club house is a short walk right out the front door.  
 
There you can pick up your cart and hit the greens, grab a snack, or enjoy fine dining. Downhill skiing can be reached by driving for 90 minutes to Bear Mountain or Snow Valley in Big Bear. For a photo tour of this property, please ask for our Quicktime video. 
 
Palm Desert is located in the Coachella Valley. The average temperature is 75 degrees October to May. Summer months are extremely hot (105-113 F) June to September. Golf courses are abundant and scenic trips are breathtaking, with mountain and desert scapes under purple sunsets.  
 
Nearby Paseo is an upscale shopping area with all elite stores. Fine dining is at every corner on Highway 111. Museums, Art Galleries, Theatre, and Cinemas are all within a short drive.

    To confirm a reservation, a 20% deposit is required. The full amount must be paid in full one month prior to the date of the booking. If a booking is made within 10 days of the required reservation date, the entire amount is immediately due and payable. Payment may be made by cash or cheque. If a one-month booking is made and cancelled, a 50% refund will be given. For one-week bookings, no refund will be paid.
