Spacious 3 bed/2 bath home in the centrally located Sandpiper Community. 1900 sq ft. The home is beautifully lit by skylights and bountiful windows. Enjoy hosting friends with the classic interior decor and modern amenities. Relax on your own quiet enclosed back patio. There is also another patio that looks onto the community grounds. Those grounds contain a heated pool, putting green, shuffle board and BBQ. Come enjoy the constant California sun in this desert Oasis! Available weekly, monthly or multi-monthly. 
 
We believe in plush sheets (on the King & Queen) and sleeping 8 in a fun family place for less than all the others. We have enjoyed this home with our grandparents for many years and want others to share our experience of swimming, playing, relaxing, hosting, dancing, and escaping!  
 
The master has a King bed, 2nd bedroom has a Queen and two twin size day beds that can confortably sleep two children, 3rd bedroom has two twin beds that can be put together to create another King. 
 
 
Walk three blocks to the famous El Paseo shopping/food district, grocery shop at Vons across the street or walk 5 blocks the other direction to Starbucks! Tons of golfing nearby too.  
 
The indoor Mall (off 111) is two blocks away, the "River" mall is 2 miles away. This community was one of the first in Palm Desert, it has a classic family feel and is THE most centrally located of them all.
