The gourmet kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances is fully equipped and ready for culinary expression. Comfortable living room with fireplace, big screen HDTV and DVD and a large couch that is also a Queen sofa-bed…and the outdoor patio with table and chairs that is literally a few short steps to the large heated pool and spa. 
 
The spacious Master Bedroom suite has an in-room fireplace, views of the nearby mountains and pool, and a large attached and private bath suite. 
All bedrooms have HDTV’s and DVD’s, ceiling fans and clock radios. 
 
 
The location just doesn’t get any better. The accommodations are high-end and fastidiously clean…and the hardest part will be when it is time to go home! 
 
The Grounds of this private 24-hour guard-gated community are lined with a variety of colorful flower beds, date palms and fragrant citrus trees. There are 19 cascading fountains, nine sparkling community pools with saltwater spas. "Front-door" meal service is available from La Quinta Resort.  
 
You will have access to restaurants, tennis, Spa La Quinta, shopping and golf at La Quinta Resort & Club next door. You will have access to an 11,000 square foot clubhouse, a state of the art fitness facility, meetings rooms, an activity lawn area and other outdoor facilities.
