An advance payment equal to 50% of the total charge is required at booking. The payment balance is due thirty days (30) days prior to your arrival. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
Payment can be made using a major credit card through our Paypal account or a US cashier's check or personal check, allowing ten days for bank clearance.
Additional charges:
Cleaning Fee: $150
City Tax: 10%
Security Deposit: $500 (refundable within 10 days of departure subject to no claims or damage.
Check-in time is after 3:00p.m. and check-out is 11:00a.m., though of course we will try to accommodate guests who might need some flexibility.

We love the area, the facilities and pools, and the condo was superb for our family.

Our stay was perfect. We were comfortable and felt close to everything we wanted to do. The villa was spacious, clean, and well furnished. We had several pools within steps of our villa. The work-out facility was also well equipped and clean.

Mi Casa Es Tu Casa (my house is your house)
Our gorgeous villa is our little bit of heaven on earth. We've spent many a night, after a quick dip in one of the salt water pools just a hairs breath from our villa, sitting on our balcony enjoying seeing the sun disappear behind the mountains while listening to the water cascading from our fountain. Peaceful and serene. At the main Club House pools we've made lots of new dear friends while enjoying food from the Legacy Grill.
Our house is yours for enjoyment; we want you to treat it as your home. Between our partners we can offer you two villas and one townhouse, accommodating up to 18 people. We've hosted groups for golf, bridal shower parties, book club get-aways, and even business people who are tired of staying in hotels, and want more space especially if they're away from home for more than a few days.
Great local restaurants from the Hog's Breath Inn (think Clint Eastwood), to our favorite breakfast/brunch place, La Quinta Cafe (an easy bike ride from our villas), to our newest discovery, the Lavendar Bistro with a great outdoor eating area. Too many good places to mention.
I could ramble on about how wonderful the place is. Yes, I'm biased. You just have to go there and experience how relaxing and revitalizing the place is. You will come away renewed.
