Legacy Villas accommodates guests who are looking for a luxurious vacation experience in a private residence that boasts magnificent fountains and intimate courtyards. Tucked into the majestic Santa Rosa foothills, adjacent to the famous La Quinta Resort & Spa, this is a golfer's paradise and tennis haven. You can relax in the Legacy Villas hammock or meditation gardens, tone up in the Fitness Center, cool off in the Resort's main pools or one of the other 8 salt-water pools or simply enjoy the serenity of your private patio to the sound of cascading water from a custom fountain. The villa was completed in 2007 and is approx. 1705 square feet. It is superbly furnished in muted earth tones and contains 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two with fireplaces and private balconies for dining al fresco or for those romantic moments. High quality appliances grace the villa with a welcoming kitchen with bar counter for easy entertaining, living area and dining area with French doors to a large patio. Service and linens for 6 provided, and the villa has a laundry room with washer and dryer.
A one minute walk to one of the eight salt-water pools scattered throughout the community for a more private experience, yet only three minutes to the 11,000 square foot Club House available to our guests. The Club House includes a state-of-the-art fitness center, beach-style walk-in family pool, cabanas, lap pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor fireplaces with sink-in armchairs, barbeques, hammock garden, sitting rooms and meeting rooms.
A short walk or golf cart ride to the famous La Quinta Resort & Spa for world-famous golf, fine dining, spa and shopping. Just minutes from Old Town La Quinta's quaint shopping and dining area and five minutes to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, home of the Pacific Life Open Tennis Championships. The "Living Desert" Zoo and Gardens are 15 minutes by car and a short drive to Palm Springs for lots of action. A thirty minute drive to the awesome Joshua Tree National Park for amazing wildlife viewing and hiking. Oh and the year-round sunshine!
Facilities
Villas maintained to a high standard. With three properties at legacy we can accommodate groups up to a maximum of 18 people. Great for family reunions, golf outings, the Pacific Life Tennis Open, even meetings where a little bit of R & R won't go astray.

An advance payment equal to 50% of the total charge is required at booking. The payment balance is due thirty days (30) days prior to your arrival. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. Payment can be made using a major credit card through our Paypal account or a US cashier's check or personal check, allowing ten days for bank clearance. Additional charges: Cleaning Fee: $150 City Tax: 10% Security Deposit: $500 (refundable within 10 days of departure subject to no claims or damage. Check-in time is after 3:00p.m. and check-out is 11:00a.m., though of course we will try to accommodate guests who might need some flexibility.

We love the area, the facilities and pools, and the condo was superb for our family.

Our stay was perfect. We were comfortable and felt close to everything we wanted to do. The villa was spacious, clean, and well furnished. We had several pools within steps of our villa. The work-out facility was also well equipped and clean.

Our gorgeous villa is our little bit of heaven on earth. We've spent many a night, after a quick dip in one of the salt water pools just a hairs breath from our villa, sitting on our balcony enjoying seeing the sun disappear behind the mountains while listening to the water cascading from our fountain. Peaceful and serene. At the main Club House pools we've made lots of new dear friends while enjoying food from the Legacy Grill.
Our house is yours for enjoyment; we want you to treat it as your home. Between our partners we can offer you two villas and one townhouse, accommodating up to 18 people. We've hosted groups for golf, bridal shower parties, book club get-aways, and even business people who are tired of staying in hotels, and want more space especially if they're away from home for more than a few days.
Great local restaurants from the Hog's Breath Inn (think Clint Eastwood), to our favorite breakfast/brunch place, La Quinta Cafe (an easy bike ride from our villas), to our newest discovery, the Lavendar Bistro with a great outdoor eating area. Too many good places to mention.
I could ramble on about how wonderful the place is. Yes, I'm biased. You just have to go there and experience how relaxing and revitalizing the place is. You will come away renewed.
