Surrounded by the majestic Santa Rosa Mts., this 1,946 square foot vacation home is bright, sunny and serene. Legacy Villas at La Quinta is a gated community with 24 hour security. The private complex offers garden and palm-lined pathways, peaceful fountains, scenic greenbelt and many community pools & spas. This comfortable and tastefully furnished townhome has three en-suite bedrooms/bathrooms which sleep 6 people: a master on the lower level with a king bed and two bedrooms on the upper level, one queen and one with two twins. All beds have Westin Heavenly mattresses. The townhome has high ceilings throughout, two fireplaces, magnificent views, two large balconies both with patio furniture, and an attached two car garage with remotes. There is a living room, dining room, laundry room with full-sized washer/dryer, fourth full bathroom and completely outfitted kitchen with granite counter tops and top-of-the-line appliances.
