10 person+ spa, situated near a tranquil lake, is directly

Home is right on the 11th Fairway with its own Private Pool and large 8+ person spa. A large community pool and spa is directly across the street as well. Patio has firepit, and stainless stell BBQ and plenty of seating for dining and lounge chairs for relaxing. Beautiful view of golf course and the night-lit Santa Rosa mountains, nothing in the Desert compares to this nightime view!

All bookings of more than 2 weeks must be paid in full 90 days prior to arrival. For rentals of two (2) weeks or less- Cancellations made over 60 days prior to arrival receive full refund. Cancellations made within 30-59 days of arrival receive 50% refund. No cancellations allowed within 30 days of arrival. However, funds may be applied to book another date(s). A 10% re-booking fee will apply. For rentals of more than two (2) weeks- Cancellations made over 120 days prior to arrival receive full refund. Cancellations made within 120 to 91 days of arrival receive 50% refund. No cancellations allowed within 90 days of arrival. However, funds may be applied to book another date(s). A 10% re-booking fee will apply.
