Beautiful Salt Water pool / spa with high output jets in spa. Remote Control that is waterproof; floats, and can be taken in pool or spa - controls pool and spa temp, mode, misting system, pool lights, patio lights, patio heater,air blower for spa and landscaping lights. Misting system along perimeter of pool deck will keep temperature up to 30 degrees cooler during the summer months and natural gas built in Patio heater for the winter nights.

A deposit of 15% of the total rental is generally required to secure a reservation. In the event that Occupant must cancel the reservation, Occupant must notify Owner in writing or by email as soon as possible. If notice is received 30 days or more prior to Occupant’s arrival date, advanced payments will be refunded, less a $100 cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of Occupant’s arrival date, any refund is subject to the ability to re-rent the Premises. Every effort will be made to re-rent the Premises. However, if the Premises are not re-rented, no money will be refunded. If the Premises are re-rented, all monies received, less a $100 cancellation fee will be refunded. No credit will be issued in the case of early departure. There is a $25 charge for returned checks.
