There are dozens of amenities, including a fireplace, plasma TV, leather couches, hi-speed internet, generous sized rooms, granite and marble countertops. a large gourmet kitchen, ample natural light throughout, Sub-Zero refrigerator, even a dumbwaiter from the garage level to the kitchen level. Outdoors is a large hot tub, Weber grill, enclosed shower, and two panoramic decks along with the private backyard. A teak table and bench accent the back area. There are two Hobie kayaks for your complimentary use.

    $1000 deposit fully refundable after departure. Cash, checks, credit cards all accepted. Holidays Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years are 20% higher than Winter Rates shown. We rent by the week only during Summer. Other times of year (our "Winter Rate") we have a two night minimum at $590/night. The weekly Winter Rate is $3105 and the monthly Winter Rate is $4600 + utilities.
